Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Collins, also known as Antonietta Gonzales-Collins within the United States as well as Mexico, is an American Mexican sportscaster. She is currently employed by ESPN as a reporter for SportsCenter and occasionally host SportsNation. The first time she worked at ESPN in 2016. Her mother is the TV reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is bilingual and has been since the age of nine. Her ability in this area allowed her to land her first position at Univision, Miami. She was able to work alongside national producers on shows such as Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. In St. Petersburg, she was recruited by the CBS station to work as an sports reporter. She moved in 2009 into Rio Grande Valley, Texas to work as an investigative reporter for KNVO TV 48 Univision. Spanish station KNVO TV 48 Univision and Fox2 News. The stories she wrote about covered immigration drugs, immigration, as well as various other topics on the Texas as well as the Mexico border. Her birth date was November 22nd the 22nd of November, 1985 in Mexico City. There is also an older sibling. In 1992 her family left Mexico and moved to Miami. Her parents divorced soon after and, in 1995, she was married an naval designer by the name of Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo died in 2006 due to kidney cancer. The couple stayed at Canton Ohio with her older sister in the summertime and was provided with the opportunity of a job. As a senior at high school, but knowing exactly what she would like to accomplish for her life, Antonietta was able to visit her local University of Mount Union to examine if it was a good fit for her requirements. She loved the campus. The university also provided her with the major that she desired. Her studies were completed and she was admitted to the university as a major studying media and communication studies. Mark Bergmann, her professor who also managed WRMU's 91.1FM station for which she worked for many years, became her friend. The professor encouraged her to believe in herself and was deeply moved by his passion for journalism.
