Nadia Elena Comaneci

She was an international star when she recorded the world's first perfect 10 on an asymmetrical bar during the Montreal Olympic Games. To add to that, she went to score six more perfect tens, and became the youngest all-around Olympic gold medalist at just 14 years old. The accomplishment of Nadia Comaneci was not only to draw worldwide attention; she also put Romania on the map. By achieving a score that was inconceivable and a sporting legend, she brought gymnastics to the forefront of global interest. It also changed people's perception of women gymnasts. She had such an impact that she was named the Olympic toe-on and release movements. These are still rated difficult. Jim and Sasha both are songwriters. They have been playing at local venues along with open mics and in other places. The Voice coaches never discussed Sasha's past, however Jim and Sasha have shared their story through a short video that was played prior to their performance. Both Jim and Sasha discussed the music they like in addition to how Sasha took up guitar the very first time at age six.
