Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies her acting career started in the year 12 at which point she began attending casting opportunities in the local community. The actress soon started appearing in commercials for firms like Virgin Mobile. Gillies had her first TV performance as a recurring character for three episodes of The Black Donnellys. Gillies' statement states that she was not permitted to see the show in its entirety because her parents felt it was not appropriate for her at the time. She played minor roles in The Clique as well as Harold as well as Locker 514. This summer she was cast in the role of Lucy in the Goodspeed production of Jason Robert Brown's brand new musical 13 and her upcoming Victorious co-star, Ariana Grande. It was in the fall of that same year, 13, which was the first Broadway musical to be entirely composed of teenagers, relocated to Broadway. Gillies performed in two major numbers "Opportunity" and "It Couldn't be True" along with smaller parts of other numbers, including the "title" song, "Hey Kendra" and "Getting Ready". Gillies continued to be part of the project until the end of January 4th on the 4th of January 2009.
